(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 28, 2009) In a week 16 Doak Walker intra-divisional showdown, The Dawgs squeaked by a tough Major Damage team by a score of 89.4 to 81.7, silencing a partisan crowd of 69,935.

The Dawgs were led to their 7.7 point victory by a 20.8 point effort from Jerome Harrison, who beat the Oakland Raiders defense for 148 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD. They also got help from a 16.5 point effort from Thomas Jones, who beat the Indianapolis Colts defense for 105 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"We shocked the world," The Dawgs coach Romsy said.

Major Damage were helped out in a losing cause by a 28.2 point effort from Jonathan Stewart, who tore apart the New York Giants defense for 206 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 16 receiving yards. With this performance, Stewart was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 19.2 point effort from Philip Rivers, who got by the Tennessee Titans defense for 264 passing yards and 2 passing TDs.

"They outplayed us in every phase of the game," Major Damage coach Tipsy said.

Adding salt to the wound, Major Damage could have scored 104.7 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Tipsy left key players like Brent Celek and his corresponding 18.1 points on the bench.

This brings the record for The Dawgs to 7-6, and drops Major Damage to a record of 7-6.
